The rates shown on the website are indicated all taxes included, all orders are honored at the rate validated at the time of the order. Site rates may change without notice.

Prices «Reseller and professional»
Our rates are ex works. Resellers benefit a special rate, special resellers conditions are only applicable to the products defined in the reseller range. Resellers or professionals benefit from special conditions on products sold on the site (ready-to-use and customizable products), These conditions are materialized by an individualized discount code, or by a special basket in some cases.

Order cancellation
Orders made on the e-shop, or by mail, are not cancellable, except for in-stock products hold by PaperMint. In this case, the cancellation must be made before the shipment.

Delivery Pricelist information
Delivery times are given as an indication and are not reliable to any engagement. In case of non-respect of the time given, the client can cancel his order for the in-stock products but not on the special order or if the product has been shipped.

Delivery time
Following daily variations of carrier's shipping cost, this price list is modifiable without notice.

Damaged goods

Delivery not collected (collection point):

If you have not collected your parcel within the specified period (7 calendar days), the parcel will be returned to us.

1- If you wish to receive your order again, you will have to pay the return and delivery charges.
2- You no longer wish to receive your order: we will cancel it and refund your products (less the initial delivery costs).

Products and their designs remain our properties until their full payment.

Returns are possible for 15 days period, for in-stock products only. In-stock products are indicated on the website, with the exception of any special orders (personalized products). Custom-made products, including wallpaper, are made-to-order production (within the limits of manufacturing constraints). Returns must be made using the original package and products must remain in good condition . After checking the returned products, we will credit the customer’s online account. This is not refundable, it allows the customer to pass a new order of his choice. After 15 days we will refund the money in the form of a voucher.

Warranties and Claims
The products sold by PaperMint have a 12-month warranty against possible defects, however the papers, colors, chemicals and other materials used in our production may slightly deteriorate over time, especially due to UV radiation, wide temperature variations, or excess humidity. There may also be occasional variations in shade from one production batch to another, in which case there is no right to replacement of any kind. In the event of a complaint, the customer must use the online form available for this purpose, attaching any useful document (product photo, copy of the delivery note, etc.). Claims to the carrier are made by the seller. will take the greatest care of your claim and will respond as soon as possible. Claims for ararents defects must be made within eight days from receipt of the products by the end customer.

All claims must be made by email (
This email must include all relevant information that can help us process your request as quickly as possible (order number / invoice) and explanations of the problem encountered.
If your complaint concerns wallpaper, you must send us a sample of the wallpaper or, failing that, photos to help us understand the problem. Complaints made by telephone or to our showroom cannot be taken into account without being completed by e-mail to the customer service department as indicated above. In the absence of a complete file, the complaint will unfortunately be considered inadmissible.

The products (wallpaper, paint, fabric) must be inspected by you or by the fitter that you have appointed to carry out the work before implementation, if you perceive a defect in the product delivered, you must notify us immediately and not start the implementation, or stop it as soon as the problem is found. If there is an apparent defect on a delivered product and it is implemented despite everything, your responsibility is engaged.
To be taken into account a claim on a product with an apparent defect must reach us, in full, within 15 days of receipt of your order, otherwise the claim can not be taken into account.
If you notice a defect after the installation, either it is a perceptible defect and you have implemented by engaging your responsibility or it is a problem related to the implementation.
Our wallpapers are produced either in digital printing or in traditional printing (heliogravure). In both cases the tolerances of dimensional deformation are 1.5mm/1000mm.
The implementation must respect the installation practices concerning non-woven paper and in particular the instructions of the supplier of the glue you have chosen.
PaperMint will not be able to accept any claim for damages due to incorrect application.
Example of bad implementation for wallpaper:
- wrong dosage of glue
- gluing the paper instead of the wall
- no substrate preparation
- pilfering with an unsuitable object
- paper mishandling
- improper cleaning
this list may not describe all possible side effects of this medicine.

PaperMint supplies products (wallpaper, paint and fabrics) that are semi-finished products, PaperMint's guarantee stops as soon as the implementation is carried out totally or partially.

If the complaint is received in good time and if, after verification, the existence of a defect is established and if it is not attributable to incorrect installation, implementation or cleaning, misuse or negligence on the part of the Customer, PaperMint shall, at its discretion, replace the goods concerned free of charge or credit all or part of the amount invoiced for the goods, without PaperMint being liable for any compensation.
